The Fraser Menteng is a relatively new apartment complex and as you would expect from the prestigious Fraser group, the quality of build is fantastic.

Top 10 Best Apartments in Jakarta 2020 | LetsMoveIndonesia | Four Seasons
Top 10 Best Apartments in Jakarta 2020 | LetsMoveIndonesia | Four Seasons

Four Seasons

Location: Setiabudi

The Four Seasons is one of the oldest apartments on our list and has been around for a long time, but this year we thought it deserved a special mention due to the uniqueness of the property and because of the tumbling rent prices, making it more affordable than previous years.

What makes the Four Seasons so unique are the facilities, particularly the pool and gym area. The outside pool area is huge, it’s extremely green, has multiple relaxing areas and feels more at home in Bali than in Jakarta. The design really embraced Indonesia heritage and there is nothing like it throughout Jakarta.

An additional note regarding the facilities is the gym area, not only is it fully stocked with a variety of equipment, workout spaces, flavoured waters and enough cardio machines to keep you occupied for hours, the changing rooms are incredible. There is literally a TV and comfy chairs in the changing rooms so you can sit back, relax and watch your favourite movies in peace.

As Four Seasons is an older build, the apartments themselves can vary in quality and design, but one thing they do have in common is size. All apartments are huge, have balconies and generally feel extremely luxurious.

The location is great, tucked just behind Sudirman and is easily accessible to Kuningan, Mega Kuningan, Menteng and Thamrin.

There are a variety of unit sizes available:

3 Bedroom: Size 195 SQM. Prices vary between USD 2800 – 3100 / IDR 39,200,000 – 43,400,000

2+1 Bedroom: Size 198 SQM. Prices vary between USD 2600 – 3000 / IDR 36,400,000 – 42,000,000

3 Bedroom: Size 209 SQM. Prices vary between USD 3100 – 3500 / IDR 43,400,000 – 49,200,000

Top 10 Best Apartments in Jakarta 2020 | LetsMoveIndonesia | Raffles Residence

Raffles Residences

The most expensive apartment of our list, but probably the grandest; this year Raffles Residence makes it onto our Top 10 list due to its prestigiousness, location, size and wow factor!

As the name suggests, the apartment oozes luxury and has often become the place of residence for visiting diplomats, world leaders and billionaires. This is the place to be seen for the super wealthy.

The facilities are obviously 5 star, the security is exceptional, the location is fantastic and the service by the Raffles team – is world class.

Unit sizes available:
