PMA Establishment

A PMA is the safest business entity to set up if you are a foreigner and allows you to have full control over your company and how you manage it.

By using LetsMoveIndonesia to create your new business entity, you can be confident our experienced team will complete your company in a timely and cost effective manner.

To set up a PMA, the process is relatively simple, we just require some basic documentation & information and we will take care of the rest!

Virtual Office

To set up a business in Indonesia, you must have a business address. Residential addresses cannot be used, however a virtual office is a cheap alternative if you do not have an actual office yet!

The Magnate package includes the use of a Virtual Office, saving you the time and hassle trying to locate one for yourself!

Our virtual office includes:

  1. A prestigious business address
  2. Mail handling
  3. 2 hours of meeting room per month
  4. Reception area with professional receptionist
  5. Broadband connection

Investor KITAS

The Investor KITAS is the most popular and frequented visa for business owners and entrepreneurs in Indonesia. Unlike the Working KITAS, you do not need to pay the mandatory $1200 per year payment to the government and unlike other visas, the validity is for 2 years.

Notes and Exclusions:

  1. Prices are service prices and exclude governmental costs relating to the work permit, such as the PNPB ($150) Embassy fees or any expenses in relation to collecting your visa.
  2. Virtual office use is for 1 year and is extendable at a cost of 5,500,000 IDR per year.
  3. Price for PMA is the standard price, some business fields may require additional licenses.
  4. Company establishment prices are for Jakarta – other cities or provinces may vary in price.
