  2. Pages in the Previous / Current passport exhibiting the evidence of the travel / visa stamped.
  3. Minimum annual gross salary of IDR 60,000,000.
  4. Coloured photos are as per specifications Size 4.3 cms x 5.5 cms preferably white background
  5. Additional Documents Based on Eligibility Criteria:
    a. Individual Income Tax Bill and Social Insurance Payment
    b. Letter of Invitation from a Close Family Member in the UAE, along with a Coloured
