  4. Visa Application Form (Enjaz) filled in the Visa Service center and signed by applicant.
  5. Certificate of employment or letter from the educational authority for students (certified by Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Apostille)).
  6. Bank statement for the last 3 months or notarized salary certificate, provided that the minimum income (balance) required is equivalent to 750 USD (certified by Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Apostille))
  7. Book accommodation in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  8. Return Ticket includes flight itinerary details.
  9. Biometric collection at Visa Service Center.”
