Passport Mutation Service

Visa Services & Immigration Consulting

Your KITAS/KITAP is directly linked to your passport. When you receive a new passport, the old one becomes invalid. This discrepancy between your immigration records and your actual passport can create legal issues. Mutasi Paspor ensures that your immigration status remains valid and uninterrupted.

Passport Mutation for Foreigners in Indonesia

Mutasi Paspor (Passport Mutation) is the process of updating your immigration records with the details of your new passport. This is essential when your old passport expires or you obtain a new one for any reason. Even if your KITAS or KITAP is still valid, the information linked to it must reflect your current passport details.

Failing to update your passport information can lead to complications with immigration authorities, including difficulties with travel, visa extensions, and other administrative processes.

How long does Passport mutation take?

At Lets Move Indonesia, we offer two processing options:

  • Standard Process: Approximately 5-6 working days.
  • Express Process: Approximately 3-4 working days.

Please note these are estimated timelines and may vary depending on the specific Immigration Office and current processing volume.
