Requirements
To qualify for the Multiple Entry Visa Japan, you must meet the following criteria:
- E-passport or MRP passport (with at least 2 blank pages in the passport. Old passport should be attached if still available).
- Visa Form
- Copy of ID card (KTP)
- Copy of Student ID card or Letter of Enrollment (applicable for a student)
- Proof of ticket reservation
- Itinerary of all activities from entry to exit in Japan
- Copies of documents showing relationship with the applicant, such as family card, birth certificate, etc. (if there are multiple applicants)
- Documents related to travel expenses
- Multiple Visa Request Letter (free format).
- Documents proving that the applicant meets criteria A-D.
- Criteria A: Include (1) passport (both old and new passports) showing a history of short visits to Japan within the last 3 years and (2) documents demonstrating financial capability (e.g., Original Income Certificate issued by a Government Institution, Original and photocopy of Bank Book or Bank Reference Letter showing the latest balance): 1 set.
- Criteria B: Attach passports (both old and new passports) showing a history of short visits to Japan and multiple visits to G7 countries.
- Criteria C: Provide an original Income Certificate, Original and photocopy of Bank Book or Bank Reference Letter. If necessary, additional documents such as Pension Receipt Certificate, property ownership, and other supporting documents can be included.
- Criteria D: Provide proof of family relationship with the individual mentioned in criteria C (marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc.).
