Investor KITAP (Investor Permanent Stay Permit) – Who is it for and what are the benefits

The Investor KITAP is one of the most desirable visas in Indonesia you can get. It is strictly for Investors that have shares within a PT PMA and have had an Investor KITAS for a minimum of 4 years prior to KITAP application.

The Investor KITAP varies from the Investor KITAS due to its term length, allowing the visa holder an uninterrupted 5-year visa to conduct business activities.

If you do not already possess an Investor KITAS for 4 years, you are unable to apply for this visas.
